We prioritise transparency and traceability across all levels of our supply chain. Through auditing, we continuously monitor, improve and remediate processes, ensuring the safety, health and sustainability of practices for both people and planet.
With the expectations outlined in our Code of Conduct, we aim to cascade our responsible sourcing standards (directed by BSCI) throughout our supply chain. These conditions help ensure we know exactly where our products are being made and that all locations comply with both quality requirements and ethical values.
Our supply chain is made up of five levels, which include 32 garment factories, seven knitters, six dye houses, six Chinese spinners and eight Bangladesh spinners.

Garment Suppliers
We have 100% traceability across all our garment suppliers
Our supply chain is made up of 32 factories, with 40% of production taking place in China, 55% in Bangladesh and 5% in Vietnam. We visit and audit all our factories to ensure compliance with our Code of Conduct and BSCI standards.

Our supply chain is made up of 22 factories, with 40% of production taking place in China, and 50% in Bangladesh & 5% in Vietnam. We visit and audit all our factories to ensure compliance with our Code of Conduct and BCI standards.
Second Level
Fabric Suppliers & Dye Houses
We have 100% traceability across all our fabric sources
Sixty percent of our fabric comes through vertical suppliers who knit and dye their own fabrics. The remaining 40% is through a number of specialist fabric sources that our direct suppliers use, all traceable and visible to use through varying means.

Sixty percent of our fabric comes through vertical suppliers who knit and dye their own fabrics, 20% of our fabric is through one knitting source and one dye house in China and the remaining 20% is through a number of specialist fabric sources, all traceable.

Yarn Spinners
We have 100% traceability across this group of suppliers
Though we don't have the direct relationships with the spinners, we still has visibility over them. Many of our long term suppliers have been using the same few spinners during that time. These factilities have a good understanding of quality yarn we are after due to many years of consistent work.

With 32% of our business with one supplier in Bangladesh, 20% with another in China and the balance elsewhere, we know that all our spinners are traceable.

Raw Cotton

We have 100% traceability of our cotton agents

The cotton agents or merchants hold the relationship between the farms/ginners and the suppliers. We have visibility over all merchants through cotton receipts collected per order.

Two agents in Bangladesh supply up to 35% of our cotton, while one supplier in China supplies 20% (100% Chinese cotton). One Bangladesh agent provides us with traceable Australian cotton, and a further two suppliers in Bangladesh are part of our Organic Cotton Program.
Fifth Level
Cotton Farms
Our partnership with Better Cotton Initiative helps us ensure we are moving closer to our goal of 100% sustainable cotton. Better Cotton is currently sourced via a system of mass balance, which means Better Cotton is not physically traceable to end products, however, Better Cotton farmers benefit from the demand for Better Cotton in equivalent volumes to those we source. Currently, approximately 10% of our products are using GOTS Organic Cotton.
Our raw cotton originates from China, Australia, India, Brazil, USA, and Africa.
Fifth Level
Cotton Farms
Our partnership with Better Cotton Initiative helps us ensure we are moving closer to our goal of 100% sustainable cotton. Currently, approximately 5% of our products are now using traceable GOTS Licensed Organic Cotton. Our raw cotton originates from China (40%), Australia (30%), India, Brazil, USA, and Africa. Organic cotton is our preferred choice, however there’s still work to be done to educate our customers and grow our organic range.
