All samples will be invoiced then credited once returned. Samples must be returned for a credit within 30 days from the date of the invoice with a copy of the original invoice enclosed. Samples outside this period are non-returnable and will be returned to the customer at the sender’s expense.
Shade matching and design reproduction will be within commonly accepted commercial tolerances. Some colours will have shade matching issues between production runs. Certain colours like charcoal and earth tones are more unstable and will have colour variances. Please check you are happy with any colour variances as we cannot resolve these issues once you have printed or embellished an order.
Variances in sizing are impossible to avoid during production. The measurements provided are just an indicator of sizing, please allow variations. Please check you are happy with any size variances as we cannot resolve these issues once you have printed or embellished an order.

We respect your right to privacy. At AS Colour we collect only the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact you regarding the status of your order. The information we may collect includes your name, gender, email address, shipping address, and billing address. AS Colour does not store your credit card information. AS Colour will not rent or sell your name or personal information without your permission.
Our websites do utilise 'cookies' to help recognise you as a repeat visitor and to track traffic patterns on our site. This information is completely anonymous. We use this information solely to make our website easier for our customers to use.
At AS Colour we want you to love what you order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) (at customers expense) for an exchange or credit. When sending returns back please indicate what you are returning and the reason why. In order to process your return as quickly as possible, please include your name, email address and invoice number with the goods and let us know if you require an exchange or credit.
All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date with a copy of the invoice or packing slip, otherwise your order will be sent back at the customer's expense. Returns can take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive them. When your return is processed, we will send you a notification email.
Unwanted bulk orders (50+ units) may be returned, subject to approval by customer service, but a re-stocking fee of 20% will be applied. When sending standard returns back please indicate what you are returning and the reason why. In order to process your return as quickly as possible, please include your name, email address and invoice number or packing slip with the goods and let us know if you require an exchange or credit.
Customers are responsible for the inspection of goods before embellishing or printing. Merchandise that is printed, washed, dyed, relabelled or decorated is non-returnable. Please make sure you check your invoice is correct before printing. If you are shipping orders directly to your printer ensure the printer checks the order against the packing slip as we are only human and picking errors can occur. If you find there is a picking error before the order is printed we can fix it but once the goods are printed we cannot exchange the goods. AS Colour is not liable to contribute to any screen printing costs or pay for reprinting under any circumstances.
We highly recommend that you check in all orders rather than having them delivered directly to your printer. We also recommend viewing AS Colour products at a showroom or buying samples prior to making final orders.
The cost for returning faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be reimbursed upon proof of receipt.
